Charles Foster is the Assistant Conductor.   He will be helping shift the gears, making sure this locomotive stays on track. This is a no waiting station. We take you at your word.   Just say “I’m in”,  (but pay up when you have to) and your space is guaranteed! Charles and I look forward to having you along as we take this excursion together.

FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE DETAILS of EVENTS.  More than a Reunion.... the 2018 Reunion is your ultimate Frye-Mason Family Vacation! It offers something exciting for people of all ages and a variety of interests.
  1. Hospitality Junction Meet, Greet, Eat & Beats Be sure to check in on Wednesday.  Not your ordinary hospitality--you don't want to miss this unique mix of scrumptious munchies, games, photo booth, and karaoke.  Be there to win a fabulous prize!
  2. Thursday Family Expo -- All things Frye-Mason will be on the table at this tell all, one of a kind event.  Join 50 Artists, designers, authors, business owners, hobbyists, musicians, barbers, hairdressers, fashion experts, event planners, etc.  as they display their craft or expertise at the Showcase of Members Accomplishments, Resources & Talents (SMART) Expo.
  3. Thursday continues.... concurrent with the Expo, the ACES (Adult and Children Entertainment & Sports ) Fun Fest will offer loads of outdoor activities and games for all ages.  So, how about some volleyball, softball, tug-of-war, board games, jump rope?  Basketball anyone?  We've got two large outdoor areas, each the size of one-half a football field, to accommodate all this fun.  We're carving out activities for two discrete age groups-- younger children ages 12 and under and teens through adult, ages 13 and up. A mid-afternooon lunch buffet will top off the day.
  4. Friday Minding Our Business Breakfast (MOBB) -LEMFHA business is your business. Be a part of the MOBB, your opportunity to become or stay connected with the latest developments in LEMFHA.  Enjoy eggs, bacon, sausage and much more.  Get current financial reports; vote on  important decisions and donate an item to, and join in, our fundraiser auction.
  5. Prepare to be amazed!  Friday evening Anointed Word & Worship Encounter (AWE) will feature the Frye-Mason children in an exclusive segment!  The youth will bring it! in Praise and Worship, dance, preaching, solos, choir, instrumentals and more.  Then they'll leave some room for the adults to pick it up from there.  This one, you don't want to miss!  Okay, just a snippet... We are highly anticipating maestro Pastor Darrian Summerville leading Prophetic Praise & Worship.  Oh, warm up those vocal cords and be a part of the Reunion choir!  Friday evening ends with musicians on display -- keyboardists, drummers, lead and bass guitarists, organists... you get the idea, will showcase their skills in a musicians' shed.
  6. The crowning event of our Reunion/Vacation takes place on Saturday evening. The Fellowship of Love, Appreciation and Member Extravaganza (FLAME) is LEMFHA's inaugural Red Carpet formal affair.  Throughout the Reunion, family will be kicking it in shorts, T-shirts, jeans, sneakers, baseball caps and sweats. The FLAME event will be time to elevate! Don your fabulous evening attire -we're talking formal gowns and tuxes. Yes, men, black suits are acceptable and, ladies, it's fine if your dresses don't drag the floor. (But please, women, let's make this a no-church-suits-zone.)  We're going full glam with a groom and glam studio staffed by the best! Planned evening highlights include awards, prizes, fashion show and a plated dinner.
  7. Family Flex Time - We're asking everyone to keep up with the scheduled reunion activities... after all, it is a family reunion!  But, we understand you want some "on your own" time to do your own thing.  Great!  We've got that, too.  You have three opportunities for creating your own event:
    1. Thursday afternoon, beginning around 4 p.m., after the Family Expo and Fun Fest.
    2. Friday after breakfast, around 10:30 a.m., you can hang out all day.  Just eat in time to attend the Friday evening worship at 6:30 p.m. Praise is on the agenda!!
    3. Saturday is open all day until the FLAME Awards and Red Carpet at 5 p.m.  You'll be sorry if you don't leave time for this one!
Boyne offers everything for everyone.  Visit www.boyne.com. It's your time...have the Reunion/Vacation your way!
