LEMFHA "FLASHIN' FASHION" GALA ACTIVITIES
CONCEPT:
“Flashin’ Fashion” consists of three presentations designed for ages 0 to 100 years. Highlighting style and glamour, these activities are designed by age groups and will bring innovative fun, and a competitive edge, to the Frye-Mason Reunion. “Flashin’ Fashion” will also drive increased registration and attendance, and culminate with the crowning of Mr. & Ms. FLAME LEMFHA in the Teen category. The three fashion performances are:
1. Fashion Ablaze: toddlers to 13 years old will walk the runway, parading their prettiest and finest fashion. No contest. Gifts to all children. Coordinated by Deena Watson and Rasheda Barksdale.
2. Mr. & Miss LEMFHA FLAME: teens, ages 14-18, heat up the competition in fierce, haute fashion, vying to be the victors for Mr. & Miss FLAME LEMFHA. Coordinated by Candice Nelson and team.
3. Fashion on Fire: ages 19-100, featuring crème de la crème, exquisite couture and suave suiting / tuxedos. See who emerges as Mr. GQ and Ms. Vogue. Coordinator: Julia Weatherspoon and team.
